मेरठ जनपद के थाना मेडिकल क्षेत्र के प्रवेश बिहार में घर के मंदिर से लड्डूगोपाल चोरी होने पर महिलाओं ने हंगामा कर दिया। महिलाओं ने रोते हुए पुलिस हाय, हाय के नारे लगाए। महिलाओं ने कहा कि 3 दिन हो गए अब तक हमारे लड्डूगोपाल वापस नहीं लौटे हैं।
सूचना पर पहुंची पुलिस ने महिलाओं को शांत कराया, प्रवेश विहार निवासी सुमन गर्ग, पत्नी राजकुमार गर्ग ने 23 सितंबर को मेडिकल थाने में कंप्लेन कराई थी कि उनके घर में बने मंदिर से सुबह 6 बजे लड्डू गोपाल की मूर्ति अज्ञात व्यक्ति ने चोरी कर ली है।
राधा अष्टमी के दिन सुबह जब सुमन घर के बाहर किसी काम से गई थी, तभी घर में बने मंदिर से किसी ने लड्डूगोपाल की मूर्ति चोरी कर ली। कहा कि सीसीटीवी में सारी रिकार्डिंग है उसमें चोर भी दिख रहा है जिसने मूर्ति चुराई है।
Sunday शाम महिलाओं ने हंगामा कर दिया। महिलाओं ने कहा कि आज चोरी को 3 दिन बीत चुके हैं लेकिन लड्डूगोपाल वापस नहीं मिले हैं। घर का मंदिर सूना है। त्योहार में भी भगवान घर में नहीं हैं। कहा कि 16 साल से लड्डूगोपाल जी की सेवा कर रही हैं।
एक भक्त ने बताया था कि हमारे लड्डूगोपाल जी चोरी हो गए हैं, जब देखा तो पता चला कि भगवान मंदिर में नहीं थे। पुलिस को शिकायत भी कर चुके हैं। पुलिस ने कहा था कि भगवान आज मिल गए हैं। शाम 4 बजे हमें थाने पर भी बुलाया, लेकिन अब तक हमारे लड्डूगोपाल नहीं मिले हैं। महिलाओं ने कहा कि हमारे हवाले करो, हमें हमारे लड्डू चाहिए।
महिलाओं ने कहा कि जब मूर्ति बरामद हो गई है, तो हमें देते क्यों नहीं हैं। पुलिस ने कहा चोर को पकड़ लिया है लेकिन मूर्तियां कहां से किसकी हैं वो एक कानूनी प्रक्रिया के तहत ही दी जाएगी, बताया गया है मेडिकल पुलिस ने रविवार को जाग्रति विहार एक्सटेंशन गोल चक्कर वाले रास्ते पर 2 आरोपियों को पकड़ा है।
दोनों के नाम मो. चांद पुत्र मो. इलियास निवासी जाकिर कालोनी, पीयूश शर्मा निवासी कोतवाली मेरठ को अरेस्ट किया है। दोनों के पास से पुलिस को लड्डू गोपाल, नंदी, गणेश, शिवजी, पार्वती की मूर्तियां बरामद की हैं।

On the morning of Radha Ashtami, when Suman had gone out of the house for some work, someone stole the idol of Laddu Gopal from the temple built in the house. Said that there is all the recording in CCTV and the thief who has stolen the idol is also visible in it.
The women created a ruckus on Sunday evening. The women said that today 3 days have passed since the theft but Laddu Gopal has not been found back. The temple at home is deserted. God is not in the house even during festivals. Said that she has been serving Laddu Gopal ji for 16 years.
A devotee had told that our Laddu Gopal ji had been stolen, when he looked, he came to know that the Lord was not in the temple. Have also complained to the police. The police had said that God has been found today. We were also called to the police station at 4 pm, but till now our Laddu Gopal has not been found. The women said hand it over to us, we want our laddus.
The women said that since the idol has been recovered, why is it not given to us. Police said that they have caught the thief but the details of where the idols belong to will be given only under a legal process, it is said that the Medical Police has caught 2 accused on the Jagriti Vihar Extension roundabout on Sunday.
The names of both are Mohd. Chand son Mohd. Ilyas resident of Zakir Colony, Piyush Sharma resident of Kotwali Meerut have been arrested. Police have recovered idols of Laddu Gopal, Nandi, Ganesh, Shivji and Parvati from both of them.
