दुष्कर्म करने वाले आरोपी को Police ने गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया है। जानकारी के अनुसार थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव निवासी महिला के पति के एक व्यक्ति पर उधार के रुपए थे। महिला अपने पति द्वारा दिए गए उधार के पैसे का बार-बार तगादा कर रही थी।
महिला ने रुपए वापस देने का तगादा किया तो उस व्यक्ति ने महिला को बागपत बाईपास चौराहे के पास एक होटल में बुला लिया और उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया।पीड़ित महिला ने घटना आपने परिजनों को बताई तो इसकी शिकायत थाना पुलिस से की।
महिला की शिकायत पर थाना पुलिस ने बुधवार को सुबह चैकिंग के दौरान थाना जानी पर पंजीकृत मु.अ.सं. 004/2023 धारा 376/506 में वांछित अभियुक्त मुदस्सीर उर्फ मुस्तफा(30) पुत्र जहीर निवासी मूल पता- मदिना कालोनी गली न0 4 नूरनगर थाना लिसाडी गेट मेरठ वहीं जिसका वर्तमान पता – जी -9 सी ब्लाक सैनिक विहार नगंला ताशी थाना कंकरखेडा मेरठ को मुखबिर खास की सूचना पर बागपत फ्लाईओर के नीचे से गिरफ्तार कर लिया जिसके बाद थाना पुलिस ने न्यायालय में पेश किया जहां से उसे जेल भेज दिया गया।

When the woman tried to return the money, the man called her to a hotel near Baghpat bypass intersection and raped her. When the victim narrated the incident to her relatives, she lodged a complaint with the police station.
On the complaint of the woman, the police station on Wednesday morning during the checking registered the M.O. 004/2023 Section 376/506 wanted accused Mudassir alias Mustafa (30) s/o Zaheer resident original address Madina Colony Street No. 4 Noornagar Police Station Lisadi Gate Meerut and present address – G-9C Block Sainik Vihar Naganla Tashi Police Station Kankarkheda Meerut On the information of the informer, he was arrested from under the Baghpat flyover, after which the police station produced him in the court from where he was sent to jail.
