मेरठ होटल चेकिंग अभियान, अवैध रूप से संचालित हो रहे होटलो को बंद कराया गया।

मेरठ जनपद में लगातार अवैध रूप से संचालित हो रहे होटलो व वहां हो रही अनैतिक गतिविधियों की सूचनाओं के आधार पर पूर्व में इनको कई बार मीटिंग करके मानकों को पूरा करने व रजिस्ट्रेशन हेतु नोटिस निर्गत किए गए थे। किंतु उक्त होटलो द्वारा ऐसा नहीं किया गया।
जिसमें आज दिनांक 21.10.2023 को वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक जनपद मेरठ के आदेश के अनुक्रम तथा पुलिस अधीक्षक नगर व पुलिस अधीक्षक ग्रामीण के निर्देशन में आज पूरे जनपद में मानक के अनुरूप न पाए जाने वाले होटलो पर कार्रवाई हेतु सघन चेकिंग अभियान चलाया गया।
इस चेकिंग अभियान के अंतर्गत जनपद मेरठ के नगर क्षेत्र में कोतवाली सर्किल में 1, ब्रह्मपुरी सर्किल में 9, केंट सर्किल में 8, सिविल लाइन सर्किल में 11, दौराला सर्किल में 6 होटल नगर क्षेत्र में कुल 35 होटलो व देहात क्षेत्र के 24 होटलो पर मानक के अनुरूप न पाए जाने पर उनको बंद कराया गया तथा उनके विरुद्ध कार्यवाही हेतु रिपोर्ट जिलाधिकारी मेरठ को प्रेषित की गई है।
On the basis of information about hotels being operated illegally and unethical activities taking place in Meerut district, several meetings were held in the past and notices were issued to them for registration and compliance of standards. But this was not done by the said hotels.
In which today, on 21.10.2023, in accordance with the order of Senior Superintendent of Police, District Meerut and under the direction of Superintendent of Police, City and Superintendent of Police, Rural, today an intensive checking campaign was conducted in the entire district to take action against hotels found not as per the standards.
Under this checking campaign, 1 hotel in Kotwali Circle, 9 in Brahmapuri Circle, 8 in Kent Circle, 11 in Civil Line Circle, 6 in Daurala Circle in the city area of Meerut district. A total of 35 hotels in the city area and 24 hotels in the rural area. But when they were found not to be as per the standards, they were closed and a report has been sent to the District Magistrate, Meerut for action against them.
