#School@फीस बढ़ाने पर सरकार की बड़ी कार्यवाही, रद्द की स्कूल की मान्यता
मनमाने तरीके से फीस में बढ़ोतरी और नियमों की अवहेलना करने पर दिल्ली सरकार का बड़ा कदम।
बतादे की केजरीवाल सरकार ने डीपीएस स्कूल की मान्यता रद्द कर दी है। मान्यता रद्द होने के बाद अब डीपीएस रोहिणी स्कूल में 2023-24 सत्र के लिए एडमिशन नहीं हो सकेंगे।
सरकार की ओर से बताया गया है कि शिक्षा निदेशालय ने फीस बढ़ोतरी की शिकायतों के बाद डीपीएस रोहिणी स्कूल को नोटिस जारी किया था। इस नोटिस का स्कूल की तरफ से कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दिया गया जिसके चलते कार्रवाई करते हुए शिक्षा निदेशालय ने स्कूल की मान्यता रद्द कर दी है।
दिल्ली शिक्षा निदेशालय के आदेश के अनुसार मान्यता रद्द होने के बाद फिलहाल वहां पढ़ रहे बच्चों पर इसका कोई असर नहीं पड़ेगा। सत्र 2022- 23 कंप्लीट होने के बाद ही स्कूल की मान्यता निरस्त होने का आदेश प्रभावी होगा। इस सत्र के बाद स्कूल में पढ़ रहे बच्चों की अभिभावको की सहमति के आधार पर डीपीएस सोसाइटी के दूसरे स्कूलों अथवा पास के सरकारी स्कूलों में दाखिल कराया जा सकता है।
दिल्ली सरकार ने यह भी कहा है कि अगर किसी पेरेंट्स ने बढ़ी हुई फीस का भुगतान कर दिया है तो डीपीएस स्कूल को वह फीस तत्काल प्रभाव से वापस करनी होगी। इसके साथ-साथ स्कूल के टीचिंग और नॉन टीचिंग स्टाफ को भी डीपीएस सोसायटी के अन्य स्कूलों में एडजस्ट करना होगा। आपको बता दें कि डीपीएस रोहिणी स्कूल दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण (DDA) की आवंटित जमीन पर स्थित है। DDA के तय नियमों के अनुसार, सरकारी जमीन पर निर्मित स्कूलों को किसी भी फीस वृद्धि से पहले निदेशक (शिक्षा) से पूर्व अनुमोदन लेना आवश्यक है, जो डीपीएस रोहिणी ने नहीं किया था।

It has been told by the government that the Directorate of Education had issued a notice to DPS Rohini School after complaints of fee hike. No satisfactory reply was given by the school to this notice, due to which, while taking action, the Directorate of Education has canceled the recognition of the school.
According to the order of Delhi Directorate of Education, after the cancellation of recognition, it will not have any effect on the children currently studying there. The order of cancellation of recognition of the school will be effective only after the completion of session 2022-23. After this session, the children studying in the school can be admitted to other schools of DPS Society or nearby government schools on the basis of consent of the parents.
The Delhi government has also said that if any parent has paid the increased fees, the DPS school will have to refund that fee with immediate effect. Along with this, the teaching and non-teaching staff of the school will also have to adjust in other schools of DPS Society. Let us tell you that DPS Rohini School is situated on the allotted land of Delhi Development Authority (DDA). As per the DDA’s laid down rules, schools built on government land are required to take prior approval from the Director (Education) before any fee hike, which DPS Rohini did not do.
