खराब तेल मसाले व मुर्दा चिकन को परोसने वाले रेस्टोरेंट पर खाद विभाग की छापेमारी की खबर प्रकाशित करना पड़ा पत्रकार को भारी।

बतादे की दिनांक 13 जून 2023 को खाद्वय विभाग टीम मेरठ द्वारा लगातार खराब तेल, खराब मसाले व मुर्दा चिकन लगाने की शिकायतों के चलते व जनमानस के स्वाथ्य को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए शाने करीम रेस्टोरेन्ट गोला कुआ मेरठ पर छापा मारी की कार्यवाही की गयी थी तथा मौके पर खाद्वय सामग्री के सैंपल ले लिये थे उक्त कार्यवाही की कवरेज प्रार्थी द्वारा अपने पत्राकारिता के कर्तव्यो का निर्वाहन करते हुए की थी।

उक्त खबर चलाने से शाने करीब रेस्टोरेन्ट का स्वामी मुजाहिद आलम अंसारी व हाजी नोगेस अंसारी तथा उसके जातिगत सहयोगी साजिद अनवर मो०- तथा मजहर असारी मो0 द्वारा क्रोधित होकर प्रार्थी को अपमानित करके सामाजिक व मानसिक आघात पहुंचाने के उद्देश्य से अपनी दबंगई दिखाते हुए प्रार्थी के खिलाफ खुल्लम खुला दुष्प्रचार करते हुए प्रार्थी के मान सम्मान के खिलाफ व्हाट्सएप फेसबुक तथा अन्य सोशल मीडिया पर अपमानजनक कमेन्ट किये गए है।

जिसे जनपद मेरठ व आस-पास की जनता ने अपमानजनक दृष्टि से देखते हुए प्रार्थी को फोन किया जिससे प्रार्थी की सामाजिक व पत्रकार छवि को सूचना तकनीक का दुरूपयोग करते हुए धूमिल किया गया है। और गलत उल्टे सीधे आरोप लगाकर प्रार्थी का अपमान किया है। और अब जान से मारने की धमकी भी दे रहे है।

जिसके चलते पीड़ित पत्रकार यूपी जर्नलिस्ट्स एसोसिएशन (उपजा) के अध्यक्ष चौधरी गौरव सिंह जी, महामंत्री सुनील तनेजा जी, कोषाध्यक्ष पुरोहित जी, वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष मनीष शर्मा जी, मंत्री विजय वर्मा जी, मीडिया प्रभारी नवीन जी आदि पदाधिकारियों के साथ सीओ कोतवाली से मिले और इन लोगो के विरूद्ध मुकदमा दर्ज कर कार्यवाही करने की गुहार लगाई।

The journalist had to publish the news of the raid of the Fertilizer Department on the restaurant serving bad oil, spices and dead chicken. On June 13, 2023, the Food Department team, Meerut, raided Shane Karim restaurant, Gola Kua Meerut, due to complaints of continuous use of bad oil, bad spices and dead chicken, and keeping in view the health of the public.  But samples of food items were taken, the coverage of the said action was done by the applicant while performing his journalistic duties.

The owner of the restaurant, Mujahid Alam Ansari and Haji Noges Ansari and his caste associates Sajid Anwar Mohd. and Mazhar Asari Mohd., got angry due to running of the above news, and with the aim of causing social and mental trauma to the applicant by humiliating the applicant openly  Derogatory comments have been made on WhatsApp, Facebook and other social media against the honor of the applicant.

Whom the people of district Meerut and surrounding areas called the applicant with a derogatory view, due to which the social and journalistic image of the applicant has been tarnished by misusing information technology.  And has insulted the applicant by making wrong and direct allegations.  And now they are also threatening to kill me.

Due to which the victim journalist UP Journalists Association (Upja) President Chaudhary Gaurav Singh, General Secretary Sunil Taneja, Treasurer Purohit, Senior Vice President Manish Sharma, Minister Vijay Verma, Media Incharge Naveen met CO Kotwali along with other officials and  Filed a case against these people and urged them to take action.
