आवासीय भूखंडों में व्यवसायिक निर्माणों को रोकने में आवास विकास परिषद दिखाई दे रहा फेल।
जहां एक तरफ उत्तर प्रदेश के मुखिया मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के सख्त आदेश है कि अवैध निर्माण बर्दाश्त नहीं किए जाएंगे। तो वही उत्तर प्रदेश आवास एवं विकास परिषद कार्यालय मेरठ के अंतर्गत माधवपुरम क्षेत्र में जगह जगह पर आवासीय भूखंडो पर तीन तीन मंजिल के अवैध कमर्शियल निर्माणकार्य किये जा रहे है। जिसके चलते आवास विकास परिषद के द्वारा किसी भी अवैध निर्माण पर सील की कार्रवाई तक नही दिखाई दे रही है।
और वहीं दूसरी तरफ मंगल पांडे नगर योजना में भी बेसमेंट सहित अवैध कमर्शियल निर्माण कार्य तेजी से किया जा रहा है। और कार्रवाई शून्य।
भाजपा की योगी सरकार को लगातार गुमराह किया जा रहा है। अवैध कमर्शियल निर्माणों को बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है। लगातार हो रही राजस्व की हानी को नही रोका जा रहा है।
Housing Development Council is seen failing in stopping commercial constructions in residential plots.
While on one hand there is a strict order from Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath that illegal constructions will not be tolerated. So the same illegal commercial construction works of three floors are being done on residential plots in Madhavpuram area under Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board office, Meerut. Due to which the action of sealing on any illegal construction by the Housing Development Council is not visible.
And on the other hand, in Mangal Pandey Nagar Yojana, illegal commercial construction work including basement is being done at a fast pace. and zero action.
The Yogi government of BJP is being misled continuously. Illegal commercial constructions are being promoted. The continuous loss of revenue is not being stopped.
