बरामद, रिमांड पर आये डकैती के अभियुक्त की निशानदेही पर।
Gold and silver jewelery recovered, on the traces of the robbery accused who came on remand.
मेरठ के थाना सिविल लाइन पर पंजीकृत 246/2022 धारा 395/412 भादवि से सम्बन्धित अभियुक्त रिजवान अली पुत्र निजाम निवासी आजादनगर थाना गजरौला अमरोहा ने दिनांक 30/07/2022 को मा0 न्यायालय में आत्मसमर्पण किया था। जिसको आज दिनांक 05/08/2022 को 24 घण्टे पुलिस कस्टडी रिमाण्ड पर लेकर अभियुक्त रिजवान उपरोक्त की निशादेही पर पुलिस चौकी ब्रजघाट थाना गढ़मुक्तेश्वर अमरोहा के आगे रोड़ से नीचे रेलवे लाईन पुल व सड़क पुल के बीच गढ्ढ़े के अंदर से दिनांक 12/06/2022 को मुकदमा उपरोक्त की घटना में लूटी गयी सोने की चार चूडियां व चांदी के सात सिक्के समय 11.30 बजे पर बरामद किये। अभियुक्त को मा0 न्यायालय के समक्ष पेश कर जिला कारागार दाखिल किया गया।
The accused Rizwan Ali, son of Nizam, resident of Azadnagar police station Gajraula Amroha surrendered in the Hon’ble Court on 30/07/2022. Whom today, on 05/08/2022, on 24 hours police custody remand, accused Rizwan on the instructions of above mentioned police post Brajghat police station, in front of Garhmukteshwar Amroha, from inside the pit between the railway line bridge and the road bridge, dated 12/06/ On 2022, four gold bangles and seven silver coins looted in the above incident were recovered at 11.30 am. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court and was admitted to the District Jail.
