उधर, सूचना मिलने पर पहुंची सिविल लाइन पुलिस ने युवक और युवतियों को हिरासत में ले लिया। साथ ही कैफे के मैनेजर को भी हिरासत में ले लिया गया है। इसके बाद पुलिस सभी को थाने ले आई। हालांकि अभी तक कैफे को सील करने की कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है।

बताया गया कि मालिक ने कैफे के नाम पर भी झोल किया हुआ था। बाहर ट्री हाउस कैफे लिखा है और अंदर फीस्ट हाउस कैफे से रेस्टोरेंट चलाया हुआ है। इससे पहले 18 जनवरी को भी इसी कैफे में छापा पड़ा था। पार्षद उत्तम सैनी ने कैफे के मालिक के खिलाफ थाने में तहरीर दी है।
